Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 65 years old.
  • You do not have diabetes or prediabetes.
  • Your frozen shoulder limits your arm movement, especially rotating it outward, for at least one month.
  • You have not had a steroid injection in the same shoulder in the last 12 weeks.
  • No major shoulder injury, surgery, or other shoulder conditions (like arthritis or rotator cuff problems).
