Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have central obesity (waist size: men ≥90 cm or women ≥85 cm).
  • You either have prediabetes (IGT), are newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (within the last 3 months), or are healthy.
  • You have not taken any diabetes medicine in the past 3 months.
  • You do not have major health problems like heart disease, stroke, untreated cancer, or severe kidney/liver issues.
