  • You have been diagnosed with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) by a doctor.
  • Your menstrual cycle is usually between 23 and 34 days long (about 5 to 8 periods in the last 6 months).
  • You can read and understand Swedish well enough to follow the online materials.
  • You have access to a computer, tablet, or phone with internet.
