Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have HER2-negative invasive breast cancer that is stage II or III.
- Your breast tumor is at least 5 mm from the skin and not invading the ribs or chest muscles, so it can be treated with precise radiation.
- You have not had prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation to the chest.
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are at a certain level, and you can have an MRI.
- You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and using birth control if you could become pregnant.
- You do not have active autoimmune diseases like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or Crohn's disease (except for stable thyroid conditions, type 1 diabetes, or skin conditions like psoriasis).
