Who can take part
- Your breast cancer is hormone receptor positive (HR+) and HER2-negative.
- The tumor is at least 1 cm in size and has spread to nearby lymph nodes.
- Your cancer is stage II or III (not stage IV) and has not spread to distant organs.
- Your PD-L1 level is low (less than 10%).
- You have good overall health (ECOG score 0-1) and normal blood counts, liver, and kidney function.
- You cannot have had prior breast cancer treatment or radiation, have active infections, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
