Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older and in fairly good physical condition (KPS score 70 or higher).
- Your lung cancer must be non-small cell type and have spread to the brain (active brain metastases that need treatment).
- You must not have certain gene changes (EGFR, ALK, or ROS1) in your tumor.
- You cannot have serious autoimmune diseases (like Crohn's, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus) or other active cancers.
- You must be able to have brain MRI and stereotactic radiation therapy, and not have uncontrolled infections or other serious medical conditions.
