Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have HER2-positive stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer (a type of protein on the cancer cells) that is advanced or has spread.
- You have not had prior treatment for this cancer (except chemotherapy that finished more than 6 months ago).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your overall health is good enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must use effective birth control during the trial and for 6 months after.
