  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have treatment-resistant schizophrenia and are currently taking clozapine.
  • Your resting heart rate is above 100 beats per minute.
  • You are not already taking atenolol or ivabradine.
  • You do not have any serious medical or neurological condition that would make these treatments unsafe.
