Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of MASLD (fatty liver disease) seen on an imaging test.
  • You also have excess fat stored in your muscles, confirmed by an imaging test.
  • Your weight has been steady (not changing much) in the recent past.
  • You do not have serious health problems like active cancer or a worsening nerve/muscle disease.
  • You are able to exercise safely—no doctor's restrictions on physical activity.
  • You do not drink heavily (more than 1–2 alcoholic drinks per day).
