Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease (MASLD) using a special scan (VCTE-CAP), which measures fat and stiffness in your liver.
- You do not drink more than 2 alcoholic drinks a day (for men) or more than 1 drink a day (for women).
- You have never tested positive for hepatitis B or C.
- You do not have autoimmune hepatitis or other metabolic liver conditions (like Wilson’s or hemochromatosis).
- You have no known liver tumors or nodules.
