  • You have a blood cancer like acute leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, or multiple myeloma.
  • Your disease is in remission or mostly controlled (few cancer cells in bone marrow or blood).
  • You have a related or unrelated donor with a good HLA match (10/10 or 9-10/10).
  • You are 18 years or older and generally healthy without major organ problems.
  • You have not had a prior stem cell transplant.
