Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with chronic insomnia (trouble sleeping for at least 3 months).
- For the past month, on 3+ nights per week, it takes you 30+ minutes to fall asleep and you sleep 6.5 hours or less per night.
- Your usual bedtime is between 8:30 pm and 1:00 am, and you spend 6.5 to 9 hours in bed.
- You have not taken ramelteon or certain other sleep or mental health medications recently.
- You do not have other sleep disorders like sleep apnea, restless legs, or a history of epilepsy or certain mental health conditions.
