Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have had trouble sleeping (falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early) at least 3 nights a week for 3 months or more, and it affects your daily life
- You are willing to try 4 sessions of hypnotherapy (30 minutes each) over 6 weeks
- You have not had any hypnotherapy in the last 5 years
- You are not currently in another study for insomnia or sleep problems
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
