Who can take part

  • You are currently working as a career firefighter.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You speak and understand English.
  • You own a smartphone (iPhone or Android) that can download apps.
  • You do not have a medical condition that requires steroid medication (like asthma).
  • You have not done regular meditation (more than 2 sessions per year) in the last 4 years.
