Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
- Your lupus must be active despite trying at least 2 prior treatments (one immunosuppressant and one biologic or advanced therapy).
- You need a lupus activity score of 8 or more, with at least 6 points from symptoms your doctor can measure.
- If you have lupus kidney disease, a recent biopsy must show active inflammation (Class III or IV) with significant protein in your urine.
- You must have positive blood tests for lupus (like ANA, anti-dsDNA, or anti-Smith antibodies).
- You must not have serious health issues like severe heart, lung, or kidney problems, active infections, or a history of certain cancers or past cell therapies.
