Who can take part
- You are scheduled for heart valve replacement surgery.
- You are not allergic to any ingredients in the study supplement.
- Your weight is between 50 kg (110 lbs) and 100 kg (220 lbs).
- You do not have severe kidney failure or need dialysis.
- You do not have an active infection, like endocarditis.
- You have not had a CT scan with contrast dye in the 3 days before joining.
