  • You are between 18 and 64 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with long COVID (symptoms lasting 12 weeks or more after COVID-19).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 25 (healthy weight range).
  • You have low iron levels (ferritin below 25 ng/ml).
  • You can speak and understand English, German, or French.
  • You are willing to give consent and provide blood samples.
