Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your head and neck cancer has spread to other parts of the body or has come back, and cannot be treated with surgery or radiation to cure it.
- Your cancer is located in the oropharynx (back of the throat), oral cavity (mouth), hypopharynx (lower throat), or larynx (voice box).
- Your tumor has a PD-L1 CPS score of 1 or higher (a protein test on your cancer cells).
- You have not had any previous chemotherapy or immunotherapy for your head and neck cancer that has spread or come back.
