  • Your cancer is advanced or has spread and cannot be removed by surgery
  • Your tumor has a DNA repair defect called homologous recombination deficiency
  • You have tried at least one prior treatment, or you cannot take standard therapies
  • You have tumors that can be measured on scans
  • You are in good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your organs are working well
