This study looks at how well belimumab (Benlysta) works in real-world settings for adults with lupus nephritis (kidney inflammation caused by lupus). If you started belimumab in the past 6–24 months, the researchers will review your medical records to see how your kidney health has changed.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older when you started belimumab (Benlysta).
- You started taking belimumab for active lupus nephritis 6 to 24 months ago.
- You have had a kidney biopsy that showed lupus nephritis (Class III, IV, or V).
- Your medical records are available from the time you started belimumab and for the 12 months before that.
- You were not on dialysis, had not had a kidney transplant, and did not have end-stage kidney disease when starting belimumab.
