Who can take part
- You are 45 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson's disease, atypical Parkinsonism, ALS, or normal pressure hydrocephalus (or you are a healthy volunteer without dementia)
- You do not have a skin disease, a bleeding disorder, or a history of stroke, psychiatric illness, brain infection, or HIV-related dementia
- You must be willing to provide a small skin sample (biopsy) and sign a consent form
