Who can take part

  • You must be a man between the ages of 21 and 40.
  • Your BMI (body mass index) must be under 30.
  • You must exercise regularly (at least 150 minutes of moderate or vigorous activity each week).
  • You cannot currently smoke, vape, or use tobacco or nicotine products (like pouches more than 2 days a week).
  • You must have no serious health conditions (like heart disease, diabetes, or recent brain injury).
  • You cannot take certain medications or supplements that might interact with caffeine or nicotine.
