Who can take part
- You must have small-cell lung cancer that has spread beyond the lung (extensive stage).
- Your tumor must have responded or stayed stable after initial chemo plus immunotherapy (atezolizumab or durvalumab).
- You need to be well enough to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG 0-2).
- You must be able to receive 15 daily radiation sessions to your chest and up to 3 radiation sessions to other tumor spots.
- Brain metastases are allowed if they are controlled (e.g., after whole-brain radiation).
