Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 80 years old
- Your day-to-day function is good (ECOG 0–1)
- You have enough strength and organ function (bone marrow, liver, and kidneys)
- You can have chest radiation planned as 45 Gy in 15 treatments, targeting at least one measurable tumor area
- Your diagnosis is confirmed as small cell lung cancer, and your disease stage is III–IV
