Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a performance status (ECOG) of 0, 1, or 2, meaning you are able to carry out daily activities with some help if needed.
  • Your cancer showed at least a partial response to initial chemo-immunotherapy (Impower 133 regimen).
  • You have not had radiation to the chest area before.
  • Your lung function tests show FEV1 ≥ 1.2 liters or >40% predicted, and DLCO ≥ 50% predicted.
