This study looks at why the tiny blood vessels in the heart don't work properly in people with angina (chest pain). It tests how blood flows through these vessels and asks you to exercise so we can learn more about your condition and potential treatments.

Who can take part
- You have angina (chest pain) and a recent test showing your heart's small blood vessels aren't working well (blood flow reserve less than 2.5 or hyperemic flow less than 2.3 ml/g/min).
- You are not a woman who could become pregnant (must be postmenopausal for at least 1 year or surgically sterile).
- You do not have heart failure (ejection fraction less than 40%) or uncontrolled high blood pressure (above 140/90).
- You do not have a serious illness that limits your life expectancy to less than 1 year.
- You are able to exercise (no injury or arthritis that prevents it) and are not already very physically active (your current maximal oxygen uptake is 45 ml/kg/min or less).
- You have no known allergies to norepinephrine, adenosine, ketorolac, or vitamin C.
