Who can take part
- Be age 19 or older
- Have had an acute heart attack recently (it’s based on blood test changes plus symptoms/signs of reduced blood flow to the heart)
- Your coronary artery evaluation shows non-obstructive disease (less than 50% narrowing or an FFR above 0.80)
- You must not have a past history of coronary artery disease
- You need to be able and willing to have heart testing soon after arriving (invasive and non-invasive physiologic assessments)
- Be able to give consent (and not be pregnant or breastfeeding)
