  • You are an adult transgender woman between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You are being seen at the University Clinic for Gynecological Endocrinology in Innsbruck.
  • You are ready to start or are already on gender-affirming hormone therapy.
  • You have not had gender-affirming genital surgery.
  • You do not have conditions like diabetes, cystic fibrosis, varicocele, or cryptorchidism.
  • You are able to give informed consent.
