Who can take part

  • Your child is between 5 and 16 years old.
  • Your child has been diagnosed with asthma, allergic rhinitis, or both for at least 4 weeks.
  • You are the main caregiver and have come with your child to Renji Hospital in Shanghai.
  • You and your child are able to read and fill out a questionnaire.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form allowing your child to take part.
