- You have had carpal tunnel symptoms (like numbness, tingling, or pain in your hand) for more than 3 months.
- Carpal tunnel syndrome has been confirmed by an EMG test.
- You are 18 years old or older.

- You do not have conditions like inflammatory arthritis, hypothyroidism, pregnancy, rheumatological disorders, or diabetes.
