Who can take part

  • You have had carpal tunnel symptoms (like numbness, tingling, or pain in your hand) for more than 3 months.
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome has been confirmed by an EMG test.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You do not have a history of nerve conditions like polyneuropathy, or prior wrist surgery.
  • You do not have conditions like inflammatory arthritis, hypothyroidism, pregnancy, rheumatological disorders, or diabetes.
  • You do not have peripheral vascular disease.
