Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older
  • Your symptoms are in only one wrist (unilateral wrist pain)
  • Your healthcare team has planned a steroid shot in the wrist or wrist surgery
  • You have not had prior wrist surgery on the affected side
  • You do not have symptoms in both wrists (no bilateral symptoms)
