- Your blood pressure goal (65-85 mmHg) is not reached with standard medicines (noradrenaline and vasopressin)
- You have not received angiotensin II previously
- Your expected survival is more than 24 hours
- You are not on a machine that pumps or oxygenates blood outside your body (ECMO)
