Who can take part

  • You are between 30 and 80 years old.
  • You have type 2 diabetes (or normal blood sugar) but not type 1 diabetes.
  • You have been taking diabetes medication like metformin or a GLP-1 agonist for at least 6 years.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 20 and 45.
  • You currently do less than 2.5 hours of moderate-to-heavy exercise per week.
  • Your weight has been stable (no more than 4.5 pounds change) in the last 6 months.
