  • You are between 20 and 30 years old.
  • Your weight has been stable for at least 6 months.
  • You do not have obesity (BMI over 30 or body fat over 25%).
  • You do not have high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, or liver or kidney problems.
  • You do not have any other condition that could affect the study results.
