Who can take part

  • Have not exercised regularly in the past 3 months.
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 27.
  • Eat three meals a day, with dinner between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
  • Have not changed your weight by more than 3% in the last 3 months.
  • Do not follow special diets like intermittent fasting.
  • Sleep regularly from about 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., for at least 6.5 hours nightly.
