Study of repotrectinib for older or frail patients with ROS1-positive lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with a change in the ROS1 gene.
  • You are either 70 years or older, or your doctor rates your daily activity level as 2 or higher on a scale called ECOG (meaning you need more help with daily tasks).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • If you have had chemotherapy or immunotherapy before, a brief waiting period is needed before starting repotrectinib.
  • If you have never had a ROS1-targeted drug before, you can join; if you have had one, only some patients qualify.
  • You must have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts as determined by blood tests.
