Who can take part
- You must have advanced lung cancer (NSCLC) with a confirmed ROS1 genetic mutation.
- You must have at least one brain tumor seen on MRI that is 10 mm or larger. Immediate surgery or radiation for the brain tumors should not be needed.
- You must not have taken any previous ROS1-targeted pill (like entrectinib, crizotinib, or lorlatinib).
- You must be able to swallow capsules whole. Your overall health should be fairly good (ECOG score 0–2).
