Who can take part
- You must have T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LLy) that has come back or not responded to past treatment.
- You need to be between 1 month and 21 years old.
- You should be well enough to do most daily activities (ECOG score 0-2 or Lansky score above 50).
- Your liver and kidneys must be working well enough, as shown by blood tests.
- You must not have serious uncontrolled health problems like heart disease, bleeding disorders, or severe pancreatitis.
- If you are able to have children, you must agree to use effective birth control during treatment and for a few months after.
