Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You have a C-shaped curve in your spine (thoracolumbar scoliosis).
  • The angle of your curve (Cobb angle) is between 10 and 30 degrees.
  • You have not had any prior back surgeries.
  • You do not have a history of serious accidents, muscle or nerve conditions, uneven leg lengths, mental health issues, bone tumors, heart problems, or early bone thinning.
