Who can take part

  • You’re 10 to 17 years old, and you can join regardless of sex
  • An orthopedic specialist has diagnosed you with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis using X-rays
  • Your scoliosis is mild: Cobb angle between 10° and 25°
  • Your main curve is in a specific area: thoracolumbar region with the curve peak around T12 or L1
  • You generally have good health besides scoliosis, and you can communicate and understand instructions
  • You have not had spine corrective surgery in the last 2 years
