Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis (a curve in the spine with no known cause) and your Cobb angle (a measure of the curve) is between 10 and 30 degrees.
  • You may also have Down syndrome alongside the scoliosis.
  • You have not had spine surgery or a condition like cerebral palsy, epilepsy, hip dysplasia, or a leg length difference.
