Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 17 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis (curvature caused by no known underlying condition)
  • Your spine curve measures between 10° and 25° on an X-ray (Cobb angle)
  • You have not had spine surgery before
  • You do not have neuromuscular disorders like muscular dystrophy or cerebral palsy
  • You are able to safely participate in exercise without breathing or heart problems
