Who can take part
- You have HPV-positive throat cancer (tonsil, base of tongue, or back of the throat) that has not spread to distant organs.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are generally healthy and able to do your daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts and kidney function are within normal limits based on recent tests.
- You have not had radiation to the head and neck area before, or if you have, the overlap is small.
