Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old and have been diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
  • Your leukemia is in complete remission (no signs of disease) before the transplant.
  • You have a family donor who is a half-match (haploidentical) and willing to donate stem cells.
  • You are in good overall health: able to care for yourself, and your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are working well.
  • You agree to use birth control for one year after transplant (if you or your partner could become pregnant).
