Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML), high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN), or MDS/MPN overlap (with at least 10% blasts in blood or bone marrow).
  • You have a confirmed IDH1 mutation in your cancer cells.
  • You also have an additional mutation in one or more of these genes: KRAS, NRAS, PTPN11, CBL, NF1, FLT3-ITD, FLT3-TKD, KIT, JAK2, MPL, CALR, or CSF3R.
  • You are able to take oral medications and have adequate kidney and liver function as determined by blood tests.
  • You have not been previously treated with olutasidenib.
