Who can take part

  • You are between 1 and 70 years old.
  • You have grade II to IV GVHD (a moderate to severe form) after a stem cell transplant, and it did not get better with steroids or other treatments like ruxolitinib.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 to 3), meaning you are up and around at least half the day.
  • Your life expectancy is estimated to be more than 12 weeks.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before starting and use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after treatment.
