Who can take part

  • You are at least 12 years old (first 3 enrolled must be 18+)
  • You have grade 2–4 acute GVHD that hasn't responded to high-dose steroids
  • You have not received any other treatment for your acute GVHD before this trial
  • You do not have HIV or an uncontrolled infection
  • If female and able to become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test
  • You are willing to attend all study visits and follow-up appointments
