Who can take part
- You are between 14 and 70 years old.
- You have had a stem cell transplant from a donor and developed moderate to severe graft-versus-host disease that didn't get better with steroids.
- You are able to carry out daily activities with some help (ECOG score 0-3).
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after treatment.
- You have not had more than one stem cell transplant or an organ transplant.
