Cell therapy for hard-to-treat chronic graft-versus-host disease

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have had a stem cell transplant from a donor (allogeneic transplant).
  • You currently have active chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) that needs treatment.
  • You have already tried at least two different treatments for cGVHD, and they didn't work or stopped working.
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) are within certain minimum levels.
  • You are not pregnant (if applicable) and agree to use effective contraception.
