Who can take part

  • Be at least 18 years old and able to follow study instructions
  • Have AL (light-chain) amyloidosis confirmed by specific lab tests (for example Congo red stain) and typing (like mass spectrometry or immunofluorescence)
  • Have measurable disease based on blood tests like M-protein or abnormal free light chain results
  • Have at least one organ affected by AL amyloidosis (heart, kidneys, liver, gut, lungs, or certain soft-tissue symptoms) per standard criteria
  • Have received earlier key treatments or be unable to use them, and be sufficiently “time-out” from recent therapies
  • Have heart function that meets safety thresholds (for example ejection fraction above 35%) and organ blood tests within required ranges
